It belongs to my girlfriends dad. Apparently it was only used for fairs/parades etc. 67,000 original miles. The cans plug into 110 and all still light up bright as hell. This is one cool ride!

No, but i'm sure you could make one pretty easily with sheet metal or if you are good with fiberglass.
Is it legal to sell liquor on the street like in an ice cream truck? |

You'd have to buy a liquor license at the very least I'm sure, and I'm not sure any state would offer that for something on wheels
