As mentioned, drive it for a couple weeks, see if it settles any, as they usually do just a bit. Then cut if it still isn't low enough. The spring rate will increase resulting in a stiffer ride, but sometimes a higher spring rate is desirable on a lowered vehicle since you are working with less travel after all.
