31x10.50-15? can't figure out the size...

hey guys, the blazer in this video has the stance and tire setup that i'm looking for on my completed project.....i tried to read the tire size off the tires in the beginning, but he never really gets close enough to the size to clearly see it.

so my question is, are these 31x10.50-15s? or a metric size like a 265/70R15?

thanks!
