id this power steering
I've not seen this type of power steering. is this an old after market piece or a chevy option of some kind?it has a manual box so it looks like an add on deal .

It is the factory power assist ram, aka power steering that most manufacturers used before going to integral boxes. The 67-68 trucks used this system and it was used even later on the Corvettes.
