18's versus 20's / post pics!
Wondering if you guys might tell which you would recomm and why? Also post pictures of your wheels trying to see all options out there besides what normal seems to be.

In general, we do a lot more 20's on these trucks since the wheel wells are large and you can still run a tire with a good size sidewall.

22s are better suited. but then again its all what look you are tryin to achieve.
my dually is in the process of gettin 24" semi wheels. but it also lays rocker. |

Yes, most will do a staggered setup, especially since a 10" wheel fits with no problem on a fleetside truck. Depending on what wheel brand you go with, the most common sizes available are 20x8.5 and 20x10.

Depends on what your plans are for the build. IMO, 18's are about as big as you want to go to keep the unsprung weight and rolling resistance down if you are getting into Autocross or road racing events. Larger wheels also lower your brakes' capabilities, but on the other hand, larger wheels make room for larger brakes.... and a bigger dent in your wallet. Mine are 18's with a 295/45 Nitto.

I'm thinking I want to do a non-staggered 20 setup with bi-directional tires. I may be the oddball on this forum that is trying to avoid staggered and deepdish wheels. I prefer a more flush wheel with a mild/minimal lip.

Everyone likes different things, and that is what makes this hobby great! There is no right or wrong setup for anything. Depending on what year truck you have or what style wheel you are after, that is a possibility.
For Example, if it is a 67-87 C10, and you are looking for a 1-piece affordable wheel, we have the Showwheels Streeter. You can run the 20x8.5's all around. The rear may look tucked in, but it would offer less wheel lip you are after and being able to rotate. If a older C10 with the narrower rear end, then it won't work, and will just be too far in. On these trucks, they do require a wheel with less backspace and that is just the nature of the truck. So, it will be harder to find a very flush wheel that fits nicely on the truck.
