Which air bags? Vendor?
I am bagging my 66 C20, and would like some input on bags. I have looked at the SS RE7's any thoughts on why I would want a certain brand or size? I would like to support a vendor on the forum so who do you recommend? I am also looking for some drop spindles. -T

I would definitely check with Travis at ProPerformance. He is a regular poster on the site, is knowledgable, helpful, has good deals, and his company sells almost all of the major brands. He can get a kit together, or sell individual parts. I think his username is ProPerformance.

Re: Which air bags? Vendor?
The most commonly used bags are the SS (Slam Specialties) or Dom's. Subtle differences between the two, but you can usually get the Dom's at a little cheaper rate. The Dom's allow more extension which equals a little more lift, but word is the SS's ride a little better and don't balloon out like the Doms. I used 2800's all around and went with the Dom's just to save a few bucks. Some use 2700's in the rear too...I didn't just because it would take more pressure to get the the smaller bags to the same ride height and I'm in a blazer with more potential of having weight over the rear axle than a truck.
