49 1/2 ton, S10 frame- wheels?
I apologize if this has been asked before, but.. What size wheels are you guys running? How wide can you fit? What offsets?
My '49 is on a '86 S10 frame.

One of the best parts about an S-10 swap is that you can run some really deep reverse wheels and get away with it without having the fenders rub the tires.
A lot of the guys who aren't running reverse or wider rims and bigger tires run spacers to move the wheels out in the wheel well.

Re: 49 1/2 ton, S10 frame- wheels?
Out back I have a 4x4 s10 rearend with 18x9.5" torque thrust II's running a 3.75" backspace and they clear the fender lips perfectly. But with a wide wheel and wide 275 series tire it requires a small wheel tub in the bed side.
I slapped my wheels on a buddies truck running the same 4x4 s10 rear but he has 1" thick adapters on and so the tires wouldn't fully tuck on a bagged truck without rubbing the fenders, but would of worked great on a static height truck... without any need for the wheel tubs in the bed sides. Re: 49 1/2 ton, S10 frame- wheels?
I knew I'd be running hubcaps on mine so I went with wheels from Circle Racing. 15X7 on all 4 corners with 2" BS on the front and 1" BS on the rear. The racing wheels required use of 5/8 wheel studs so all the hubs and axles had to be drilled for the much larger studs. I also had to buy an additional wheel for a spare, 1" BS.

I forgot to add.....
Circle had a bunch of wheels in their "clearance" section, 2 of my wheels are black powder coat, 1 is chrome, 1 bare steel, I averaged 35.00 each for my setup.

Re: 49 1/2 ton, S10 frame- wheels?
Thanks guys. I want to run a 15x10 with 315/60 drag radials. (about 29.5x10.5") Hopefully I can get them to fit without doing anything crazy.
