I don't understand,either. Four supports would be two in the front (at the firewall) and two at the rear,right? I can't say from experience,but I think that should be enough. If the center of the body needs to bear weight on supports,where and how do you do that w/o damaging?
A later '80s body on an '82 frame is not a problem
