Update:
At this point, two members (nobolt and Duputy Dan) are interested and both awaiting shipping quotes.
The crating company I'm dealing with will be saving a file on the cab so future quotes should turnaround fairly quick.

First to commit will be the owner regardless of pending quotes.

I got the crating/shipping quotes back today...$400 for crating and
$1000 for freight from Seattle to either Illinois or Michigan.
I can take responsibility for delivering the cab to the box company where
the cab would be palletized, stick-crated, wrapped and picked up by the
shipping company from there.
