Agree here with Blazerman's take on things. It is the external vs later HD internal hub styles if you are looking at pictures. Also the NP-205 transfer case on any K20 has a pto port and the earlier T-221 as well. So a '72 four speed K20 would have three pto ports. But a factory fitted pto does sound like a stretch. Dealer installed, sure as well as upfitters for a variety of needs.

If there is a SPID and documentation of any sort I would really like to see it.
