Trim question
My 72 is missing some trim. I notice the top has no holes where it was mounted meaning the stick on mounts I've seen. Assuming I should go with the push in type. Or do the stick on clips work ok??

Re: Trim question
I think 71-72 went to the stick on clips. The trim could be had on any model if ordered.

Re: Trim question
I was assuming they used stick ons on the later models like 72 Hoping the 72 parts truck is stick on so the trim will come off easier.

Re: Trim question
'69-'70 used bolt on/push in clips the whole way and '71/'72 got bolt ons for the ends and tape for in the middle. If you are building a show truck, I recommend the bolt on/push in because they pull the trim in tighter. If the tape is thicker or very spongy, there can be an unsightly gap in the trim.
