fbody fuel pump and tank gauge question

I am working on putting my fbody fuel pump in my truck, and i would like to figure out a way to hook up my fuel gauge, I would really like to keep the factory gauge.. but if i have to i suppose i could get a new one.... anyways any suggestions guys?

What year of f body? The newer ones use a completely different ohm range, like 33 to 230 or something like that, where as the truck uses a . To 90 ohm sender. I don't think it will work.

i think its a 99 or 00.. but not %100 i bought it on ebay.. I may just have to be careful... lol!!!

I installed a newer style pump in my K5, if I had to do it over I would have kept the old sender and then mounted my assy in another location on the tank. My new pump assy is for an 03 Silverado, it is ohms 240 full 33 empty but once keyed up or running its voltage 257 full 57 empty.

i wish i could, but i have the factory tank inside the 0cab and there is no way i could keep the sender if I go to a under bed tank
