Are you talking about an actual LS3 cause I'm under the impression that they don't have VVT only the 6.2l out of escaldes denali and trucks have that feature. I'm very interested in your swap I think the 6l80e has the same six bolt 32 spline tail flange as a 4l80 therefore you should be able to use a th400 adapter in a 32 spline big bearing 205 do you have the 205 yet cause if not wouldn't a 208 be a better choice lower low range and lighter. Just some ideas to kick around
