new Vibration, need help
Once I get above 50mph the vibration starts. Vibrations is not only through the steering wheel, but the whole truck. The vibration almost feels like driving real knobby tires or something is out of balance. If I let off the gas the vibration stops and the trucks is still moving over 50mph, but if I get back on the accelerator the vibration starts again. No problems under 50mph.
Any ideas? Where to start? Blake http://blakesara.home.comcast.net/K5Photos.htm

U-joints, splines where 2 halves of driveshaft go together, pinion bearing maybe. I'm just thinkin it must be something worn that's causing the shake while under torque but not while coasting. Of course, I've had some weird experiences with tire shake before too. What size tires are you running? Axle/wheel bearings could be a factor as well. Hell, just replace everything from the frame down!

Did you pull out driveline lately? The two u-joints might be outa phase. Is it lifted. How's your front wheel bearing or ball joints doing?

About 3 months again, I replaced ball joints, front bearings, and hubs. No problems after I replaced.
The problem started just last week. I have not removed the driveshaft or any rear parts. Stock hieght running 32x11.50 on 15x8 rims My guess are the u-joints on the rear d-shaft.
