I got the intake off and everything cleaned up again, and I put a longer straight edge on the intake and it seems on the passenger side I have a bunch of clearance on a couple of the intake runners, this might be part of my sealing troubles, I might go grab another intake and check it's clearance and compare the two, anyone know what's an acceptable clearance on these?

Not much more than the thickness of the gasket I'm sure though off hand I don't recall that gasket thickness. Another thought, see if there are thicker gaskets available.
