What is that stuff called that looks like black electrical tape that is used to wrap wiring bundles? I unwrapped a length of it last night and it wasn't sticky at all, I assume it is not supposed to be sticky. Or did it just lose its stickiness after 50 years? Anyway where can I get it ?
