Blazer inner grill help

ON the 71 blaz the inner grill is cracked and a couple pieces are missing but still have them. Do you Experts know what glue or cement will put them back together... I'v tried model cement (Testers), & pvc glue . No luck the parts don't want melt back together. Any Ideas as too cheap to buy new grill ??????

Try cleaning really well and a 2 part epoxy

What Ive done is to place a small nail in on the backside, they lay right down snug and hold the piece then I mixed fiberglass resin and used that. The two part epoxy would work too but use the nail or similar to make it a bit stronger.
