suspension guru/fab. guru..

wondering if a 1/2" grade 8 bolt, in double shear, would suffice for a shock mount?

purely street use nothing that abusive.. and no air shocks at that.

As long as your shock never completely collapses or extends then yes it should be perfectly fine.

Absolutely.

The factory lower front shock bolt on your square bodies is a 1/2 inch bolt in double sheer.

oh really? mine was a 9/16th bolt..

sounds good was pretty sure id be fine, just thought i'd get another opinion.. thanks guys.
