 I love you man! I was relying on the wiring diagram and should have looked in greater detail. If you see the pic though (survivor truck) it looks as if the posterior j-block is higher (which I copied - doh!). We were going to locate the bracket holes relative to the third spot weld posterior to the rubber hood cushion mounted on the fender similar to pic. When you are in there, between the side post battery and the rear j-block there really isn't much room for variance in washer bracket placement. Forget adding the coolant overflow tank option  Thanks Tim!
