Cool. I guess I need to give them a call and make sure they will be tall enough to work with the fuel rails and the S/C.

Re: Fuel rails question

Do you know about how tall you would "need" them to be? Injectors don't come in that many physical sizes, its really all in the internal flow.

Those Seimens are 60mm tall (oh and fwiw, they rate their flow at ~45psi, so with the 58 we run, the flow on the 80's should be more like ~86

They need to be about a 1/2" taller (seat to seat) than the Bosch injectors part # 02801566030. Greater flow rates are a bonus.

Re: Fuel rails question

So it seems like even the ev1/ev6/ev14 injectors come in a few "motorsport" sizes...
40mm,48mm,60mm I can't find what size the one you have are, but
these guys
http://www.efihardware.com/products/...-feed-top-feed

might have something. They have pages of "1/2 height and 3/4 height injector adapters", which might net you a little height if changing the rail height is not possible.

I have the 48mm ones. I'm pretty sure the 60's will fit what I'm trying to do.

Re: Fuel rails question

Notice they also make the spacers (in the hardware and components sections) designed to seal the o-ring and bring the height up...you might be able to find something like that from a more local supplier.

EDIT FIC HAS THEM ON THEIR SITE! HERE IS A 1/2 ADAPTER FROM THE SAME PPL AS THE INJECTORS (not the aussies)
