1948 Burb
ok gang thanks for your assistance and ideas...
I have been watching, reading, stalking, whatever. I bought this last winter, I have been doing a few changes one week at a time. dropped 3-4 inches, new wheels new tires, condenser spark plugs, rebuilt generator battery, 3 new windows water pump, belts hoses, many fuses ( I am a rookie ) brakes, one a month another brake line. (darn rust) shocks, many less leaf springs (probably too many less : ) ) bulbs, head lights H4, master brake cylinder, bumpers are off being power coated, new dash part my son Ryan bought me NEW RUNNING BOARDS (sweet) THIS IS A MARATHON NOT A SPRINT. OK? Hope ya like it ! joev |

Re: 1948 Burb
Charlevoix... Michigan
Burb is at the Auto Glass Shop, it needed a new passenger window. The inside is still rough. It is a real estate sign hauler. I thought of keeping it the way it is my work truck. Thanks guys... I got to tell ya, when I do not feel "the need for speed". the burb is the way to ride. thanks again: joev |
