What's everyone using for a throttle cable? How about kickdown?

So, I'm using a cable operated throttle and a TH350 on a 4.8 swap into my '72 Chevy pickup. The carbed throttle cable, of course, is too short. Any part numbers known to be a good fit? And if you've set up a kickdown linkage / TV cable on a TH350 on one of these motors, I'd also like to compare notes on that.

check out the swap info thread I posted a few days ago. The Lokar throttle cable and linkage I used are listed in there

Nice spreadsheet, also gave me a bit to go on for some other little pieces. Thanks!

Re: What's everyone using for a throttle cable? How about kickdown?

I found out that mountain bike brake cables are almost an exact fit for the LSx cable throttle body. I picked up one for $13 at a local bike shop and will see if I can make it work - if it doesn't, I'm not out very much.

I got a throttle cable off a late 90's Tahoe out of a U-pullit yard for $1. LT throttle bodies take the same cable
