has anyone tried using the ls1 manifold with a 5.3 DBW throttle body

Does anyone know if the DBW throttle body will work on the Camaro LS1 intake manifold. I like the look of the LS1 manifold but want to run the DBW as opposed to a cable....Thanks!

there are 3 bolt TB's and 4 bolt TB's. LS1 would be a 3 bolt

It will fit the manifold, but won't clear the truck waterpump.

Thanks for the info guys! My throttle body is also a three bolt like the LS1. My concern is throttle bore size.

You could use a C5 Corvette throttle body.

I would use a ls6 intake more power but you will loose bottom end power with a car intake
