79 C10 SMOG equipment question?

My Daughter and I are putting together a 79 C10, VIN #CCU149F492801. It's currently got a pretty stock 350 with a 4 barrel carb. We're hoping to get it back on the road here before too long, but it'll need to pass SMOG here in Arizona first. My question is; is this truck supposed to have an air pump? A CAT maybe too? It came with a carbon canister attached to the radiator mount, but I'm unsure what it should have in order to pass SMOG. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
