Re: ad gas pedal
Are you operating a cable throttle or ? I couldn't even begin to remember what the one in my 48 came out of but it might have come out a mid 70's Chevy truck that I scrapped out about the time I put the truck back together. I scrapped out a lot of rigs that people gave me about that period of time and am not sure what it came out of. You just find one that fits an works or modify the one you have to fit and work.
Come to think of it the one in my truck may be 66 Mustang II as I junked one of those about that time after we discovered that it was so rusted out in the substructure that it wasn't worth fooling with.

Re: ad gas pedal
sorry, I don't have better pics, but this may help. There is really only one measurement that is important.... where the pedal lands when you 'floor' it. Otherwise, you want it as low and close to the hump as possible.

Re: ad gas pedal
figured it out . I welded a tube in the firewall , modified the s10 arm so that it slid thru the tube. then I will weld an arm on the shaft on the motor side of the firewall. old school mechanical linkage with some kind of threaded rod. good enough for who its for
