I think if I had that issue, I'd call the local radiator shop. That said, a new radiator really isn't that much. I got a 3 row from Advance Auto for less than $200.00. Now I don't know what your budget is but it is a radiator....pretty important to the truck's functions.

I did have to get the actual part number for the radiator, Advance Auto didn't know what I was talking about.
