lowered original frame trucks
hey guys does any one have any pictures of 1947-54 chev trucks
lowered with original frame without IFS suspension front or any mods to the rear suspension i want to lower my truck just with using a drop axle and springs |

With a couple of leaves out of the front springs and 205 60 14 tires on 14x7 rims on the front.
255-60 15 tires on the back on 15x8 rims raise the back a bit higher than tires and wheels that matched the fronts would. There is about 1-1/2 inch between the cut down bumpers and the frame on the front and two and a half inches between the frame and the axle on the back.
