For the 81-87 years it went from Sierra to High Sierra to Sierra Classic. 73-80 also had a Sierra Grande and a Royal Sierra. I can't elaborate on those. Compare a Sierra to a Custom Deluxe, a High Sierra to a Scottsdale, and a Sierra Classic to a Silverado.
