Is there any company that manufactures new dash bezels for our pickups?

There must be as LMC, ChevyDuty, etc. carries them in their catalogs. They are probably made offshore though. You still maybe able to find a GM one too. You can also find used ones being auctioned off on Ebay most of the time

I bought one on Ebay about 3 months ago for $10 plus shipping. It was in good shape and it was "uncut". You just have to be patient in waiting for them to show up for auction though.

I bought the brushed aluminum peel-and-stick overlay from Chevy Duty a while back. While not quite OEM quality, it works pretty well. It's an easy enough installation...
