Suburban: Lap Belt to Shoulder belt conversion

What have you guys done to convert your 73-75 Suburban (lap belt only) to shoulder belt?

Sees an easy way is to mount a belt to the B-Pillar using stock or aftermarket belts. But I was considering maybe upgrading the seats to the kind that have the integrated shoulder belt?

Anyone do that? Got pics?

The welded nuts for the harness will be in the pillars. You will have to locate them to drill a hole in the trim panel.
