have you taken the clear coat off these wheels

If I remove the clear coat off these wheels can they be polished, or is it like junk aluminum that dont polish well.

I want to clean these up and use for skinnies or get rid of them.

I wanted these wheels but they dont make them in a 16x10 8 lug .

So Im going with the AR62 16x10..

Have you checked Ion Alloy 171's.
Look better than the Ar62.

I would do a test spot on the back side of one of the wheels to see if you can strip the clear with out messing up the rim.

Once polished life will be painful to keep clean. Many wheels are NOT true aluminum or billet. They are a blend of metals and the polished look will depend on the quality of the metals in the wheel.
