Re: Airbag diagram

Well issue is there are lot of different systems out there. The basics are the same till you get to the valves. and the control for them. I have a E-level system for my truck that is plug and play on the wiring for the valve block with just the 4 lines from the bags plugged in to it. Then I also have a system where I have 8 valves with 4 going to the bags and 4 dump valves all wired to 4 rocker switches to control the air in each bag. I have my tank plumbed with the compressor hooked right to to it with a switch to turn it off when needed and the main power on a relay that is run by a pressure switch on the tank. Line off the tank runs to the valve block. A good source for information is places like Ride Tech and Airbagit.com both have tech sections that go over the types of systems well.

Thanks- i am going with the 8valve system like you have. I have a box of brand new parts that came with a truck I bought and was looking for a diagram of how others set it up.

Thank you lolife. That's what I was looking for.
Do you have a wording diagram for this setup as well?

No.
I just stole it off of the internet.
Use Google to search.
There is tons of air ride info out there.
Also check out Accuair's website.
They seem to be the current leader in air ride air management.

I assume you meant wiring. The same website has wiring diagrams as well. Can't post links here because they blocked but it's easy to find.

Re: Airbag diagram

Here's my valve setup, fill from the top (from the tank) and dump from the bottom, middle line runs off to the bag. HTH

another angle, failing a leak test with soapy water:
