That's not an agreed value policy.

With agreed value, you specify the actual cash value, and in a total loss, you will never be paid less.

Grundy automatically ups my agreed value every year by a percentage. If I want it higher, I call and tell them that. Of course the higher the agreed value is, the higher the annual premium.
