Hey guys, just thought I would point this out for the Canadian guys who don't know, I was in Scott's Supertrucks, here in Alberta today. All I can say it WOW!
![]() They have TONS of parts in stock. Everything I asked about he was able to show me. And very decent prices also. If anyone wants to check them out, their web site is www.scottssupertrucks.com I walked out with a brand new dash, carpet, sill plates, and dash vents. ![]() Reid p.s. I got the new dash for $125. It is a blem model, but I cannot find anything wrong with it! ------------------ Sylvan Lake, Alberta, Canada 1970 Chevy C20 Custom Camper #s matching 402BB Turbo 400 trans. I have to tell you, I have compared Scotts to Wes's prices at Classic Heartbeat and including exchange and brokerage and shipping to Vancouver Island, Wes's have been cheaper. I suspect GMC Pauls' is the same though shipping may be slightly higher for me.
I think its bogus Scotts can't beat that, I would obviously like to keep my business as close to home as possible. With all due respect to Scotts I still haven't used them. ------------------ 71 GMC 2500 Custom Camper 71 GMC Suburban 1500 Super Custom 71 Chevrolet 1500 Donor http://www.able-bravo.com [This message has been edited by Spoof (edited April 01, 2002).]

I am a transplanted canadian living in Idaho now. I have made a few treks from Calgary to Penhold(Scotts). I found their prices a little high, their knowledge pretty good. I would now buy from Wes or Paul though, cause I am paying american dollars instead of the wimpy canadian buck.

You mean even after exchange, duty, and shipping you are saving money from the other guys? I am going to have to check them out.
As for prices I thought they were ok, as I am restoring a '71 SS Camaro also, and the prices on parts for that thing are well over double the price compared to truck parts. Also I guess the fact that Scott's is only a 15 minute drive from my house. ![]() Reid
