Yes, a TH350 will bolt behind it. You will need a PROM for a manual trans truck instead of a 4L60E or you will get codes. From what I remember, the harness is not easy to separate on a '95. You may be faster to buy an aftermarket harness. Depends on your electrricalk skills and patience. Do keep the flexplate as it is needed for the 1-piece rear seal engine. You can keep all the accessories if you want to go serpentine belt (although I would dump the CS130 alternator for a CS144). If you don't want A/C, you can buy a delete pulley on Ebay or similar.
