Re: One Year Only Stuff 67-72...

I believe the rear tail light trim option in 67 was the eye brow only where as years after were the whole light trim and only top bar for tail gate trim where as following years had the bottom trim as well
1967 was only year 283 available
1969 gmc the only v6 option was the 305 they discontinued the 351 v6 after 1968, although special order was still available til early 1970 for the 351
1967 had no big block option

If I am not mistaken, the 71 is the only year for black anodization on the outer grill section.

Not sure why people are saying the fold forward seat was 1967 only. My 1971 C10 had the original fold-forward bench seat with the dealer papers stuffed into the back of the seat when I bought it in 1986.

Re: One Year Only Stuff 67-72...

I think the 67 auto column shift indicator was more round than the other years at the back of it.
Wasn't there a year the column indicator housing was metal?
Were 67 seat belts mentioned yet.
67-8 core supports have a splash pan on the bottom of them.
67-8 fuse Blocks are orientated 90 degrees as opposed to other years.
Radio delete trucks had radio delete cowl panels and I think no antenna hole in firewall
67-8 windshield and rear window trim is skinner than newer years

I hope I helped the cause...
Mike

That's how both '67 & '68 were. It came with the side trim.

You can take a bolt out and lean the seats forward, but the way the original upholstery wraps to the bottom it won't allow folding. Does it have the original or an original type cover?
