1964 paint codes

We just bought a 1964 Chevy C25. Has factory 283 with a factory 4-sp. We are new to this sight and want to make a correct restoration. On plate paint code looks like RPO 526 A. We would like to know if anyone has any info to share. The trim code looks like RPO Z 62 A. We really appreciate any info. This will be our first restore and are very excited. Will post picks when get truck home. Thank you!

Re: 1964 paint codes

Thank You! We think we could have wrong paint code number- no signs of red-does have brown or copper seat. I think it may be 528 A-Beige possibly? We will find out more when we get the truck home.

Re: 1964 paint codes

Welcome to the forum. TCP Global has a nice paint database of info as well as paintref.com. 526 is ivory and 528 is fawn. Good luck on your resto.
