3 speed shift knob

So when I bought my truck the knob was gone and the shifter was broken. Since then I've gotten a new lever but I'm seeing that the Oem knob is pressed on. I'm wanting to go an aftermarket route so im curious how you guys are putting knobs on that are threaded and also what size?

A little different route: look on Ebay for a billet--chromed or brushed aluminum--kit that includes a shifter, turn signal, tilt lever, and flasher knob. Recently saw a pretty kit that was like $35 including s/h, iirc. I needed a ts stem and a tilt stem, yet was tempted to buy that complete kit.

HTH,
Sam
