02 sensor help

I have a harness that came with the flat 4 pin 02 sensor connector. The problem is that its a male connector, also all the 02 sensors I have seen have male connectors too. What am I missing here? The harness came off a 01 chevy truck with a 4l80e trans if that helps. Can I get an coupling or just buy the female connecter? Thanks

Re: 02 sensor help

I had mine setup for the "all purpose" upstream 02 sensor with heater circuit. The Bosch 13444 runs the square 4 pin connector instead of the model specific style. They are fairly cheap as well, just something to keep in mind if your making your own harness.

Re: 02 sensor help

I'm going to resurrect this thread to ask a follow up question. My harness guy put the flat four connectors on my harness instead of the stock 4 square ones. (REFERENCE) I don't mind getting new sensors, in fact, its probably a good idea anyway.

So, True or False: The sensors in question, Bosch 13026 Bosch 13026 (matches my harness) instead of the OE styled Bosch 13474 Bosch 13474 will provide the same info to the PCM but are terminated with different connectors.
