Yeah thats exactly what I was talking about. I tried that but the pin was stuck. In retrospect I should have tried harder! Would have saved me alot of frustration. I'll do that on the driver side though. Thanks

so mothertruckers you have the complete power window one piece kit?
Lost Wages I am going to get the kit in less than a month and was wondering if your is the tinted glass. It appears to be that way and how dark is it. Do you know the percent? Those brother kits use the factory looking regulators with exception to being power correct.

its tinted, im not sure how dark it is. the electric regulators are the factory style and easy to install. I suggst the power windows to anyone, the one piece kit is ok, probably wouldnt do it again though.

Lost Wages so what was your final verdict on the window? Would you do it again? If I get it I will be buying it this month and want to know what you think.

my truck will not be driven much so i think the one piece windows are going to look great, i got a few bugs worked out of them and they are better than they were, but, if it were my only vehicle i would put the power windows in and probably NOT do the one piece window kit in again. Just my opinion.

The tinted glass is 70%, it lets 70% of the light thru. Check with your state on tinted glass restrictions.
The A1 ELECTRA LIFE GM49-K will not work with 1 piece glass without modification on 67-72 trucks. We are working on a kit to take care of the movement in and out when rolled part way down. If your not planning to use the electric kit I suggest new regulators, hinge pins and upper hinge friction pads be installed also. Call or email for any questions.
