AC compressor
Hey guys, I am installing an aftermaket underdash ac in my 64. iv got a 5.3 LS. has anyone used the factory ac compressor in there builds??

I did, in a 56 with an El Camino front clip. Had to cut out the frame, and tweak the motor mount plate. The GM a/c fittings only fit GM applications, so we had to weld the fittings at the compressor to match the vintage air. Hope this helps.

TBrown, what did you do to wire it up? I have been told they dont work like a normal Compressor
