Re: Short Stuff building a '65 Blazer
Votes for #1 are automatically disqualified since the question clearly stated it "for all the Tahoe/Blazer fans" ...jk
Here's the legend:
Looks like #3 is the clear winner. I agree that #3 is closest to ideal proportions (for my taste). A close second for me is #4. The compelling thing about #4 is that you can get that shorty look with much less work (no change in wheelbase). Perhaps a little less off the rear to balance it out... Here they are again since we switched pages: |

Re: Short Stuff building a '65 Blazer
Ii played with the wb issue a bit too, these are all full size subs, the last is a real one with the wb stretched 3-4 inches, the 2nd pic is one i doctored to get the look right, I tried to line the axle up with the center post.

Re: Short Stuff building a '65 Blazer
I've been looking for,my next project and I think you have given me inspiration, only difference will be two axles and a lot of lift. I just love the idea of have two making trucks that are completely different at the same time

Re: Short Stuff building a '65 Blazer
Sad to see it end. Just for fun I wanted to see what it would look like as a panel.
