1964 Rocker

As some of you might know I am doing a frame up restoration on a 64, and I started with nothing (so to speak). I had nothing to go off of rocker wise. What exactly does a finished rocker look like and where should I do the spot welds. I got the rockers from LMC (I know they aren't always just a plug and play). I honestly don't know if I messed up the lower A pillar, the lower B pillar or the rocker is messed up from the factory. As you can see from the pictures the bottom doesn't line up with the inner rocker panel. Prior to acquiring the rockers I put the door on for ****s and giggles and it open and closes fine. I guess more or less this post is about what it is supposed to look like when it is done and where do I put the spot welds. Feel free to rip me a new one on criticism. This is my first ever restoration. I can also take any extra pictures you may need to help solve this issue.

it did not fit very well either, I got the door lined up, and then gapped the rocker to the door, in my pics you can see where I put the spots, which were close to the factory spots

the bottom did not line up with the inner either, I just ended up running beads, instead of spotting to the inner.

I also hung the fender too, and lined it up with the door , just to be sure that the front of the rocker lined up.

I ran into the exact same issue. I put the outer up to check it out and the inner floor/rocker dives way up. Every single panel I've put in my truck no matter where it's from hasn't even been close to fitting right. If I had to do it over again I would have made them myself (aside from the outer rockers) and saved a ton of money.
