I believe it is against board rules to have money sent as a gift. If not, it is highly frowned upon. There is a thread about it on here somewhere. Just

FYI

If you send money as a gift through paypal, you have no protection, This means if the seller wants to take you for a ride and rip you off, there is nothing you can do to get your money back. Rule or not, it is a bad idea unless you know and trust the seller personally.

It is 3% which is $3.00 of $100.00, not really a deal breaker for most.
