Serp belt conversion ?
Looking to find out from all of you that have done a serp belt conversion on a small block to which fan shroud you use.
Can you post photos that show the fitment and explain any issues you had. Thank you in advance, Tom

Re: Serp belt conversion ?
When I did my swap I used a big block shroud. I also had, at the time, an extra set of big block frame stands, so I moved the engine back. Fan placement worked out perfect

Re: Serp belt conversion ?
i used a stock sb shroud. the only modification I did was a small notch in the bottom of the shroud to make it easier to get past the water pump pulley.
mine looks just like the pic in the above post so no reason to post another one. I also used the Camaro/caprice brackets, the space the alternator and a/c compressor out to the side more than the truck brackets. if you do a swap, pull the radiator before you start and make it the last thing you re-install, its a lot easier to drop the radiator in last than it is to fight installing the fan and belt through the shroud

Re: Serp belt conversion ?
I did the swap, one of the best mods in my opinion. The stock fan for the serp systems are 19" and will not fit in the stock shroud. You'll need to find a 17" to use a stock shroud. I got mine from Derale.
