Long bed to short bed
I have a 1965 C10 long wide bed. To get to short bed demensions is it 12" out of the front 3" out of the wheel opening and 5" out of the rear. Thanks Jeff.

Long bed converted 12" from front and 8" from rear.

Maybe 2" out of my long bed wheel well will make it the same as a short bed.
Re: Wheel Openings Are Different! I'm working on a 66 Chev panel. I'm using pickup wheel opening repair panels. When I held them up to my truck they were about 2'' too long . I ended up taking out 2'' out of the center, they seem to fit good now . Hope this helps. |
