Lower and upper oil tube situation.

The 77 Bonanza i just got has a mr. gasket oil tube and dipstick. How do you change the lower and upper? Do they just get pushed in? How in the world do you get the lower (the straight one) tube out? Also, i cant find a replacement upper tube. I did find an OEM lower and the dipstick. Thanks! I need to replace because the mr. Gasket one is cheap junk china!!!
