I agree with K, I put non-brand specific Alcoa's on my truck and have had no problems.
Have you modified the hub at all? You said you checked diameter and width...what about your backspace? Too much maybe? When you tighten the lugs are you trying to pull the drum into the wheel? My bet is that's what's happening hence your wobble because the lugs feel tight, but the wheel center is not right against the hub because of the drum.
