The cabs are almost the same between all the series so I would guess it would be a direct bolt in.

Yes the guy down the road from me has a C[big] with a blue seat for my C30 that is blue [right color] for a $100 bucks I might try to talk him out of the dashpad as well, Yep direct fit. Jim
