Dyno's 58 GMC's Finished Pics
I finally got some final pics of my '58 the other evening at sunset. Glad to be done after 3 long years of weekends and evenings in the shop. My son and I did everything except for the upholstery. Thanks for all your input along the way, I appreciate you guys and this forum very much!

Re: Dyno's 58 GMC's Finished Pics
Thanks very much. Not NOS bezels, but a decent reproduction. Got them from Patwilsondesign.com. Not cheap! I tried to paint the back of them with chrome paint, looked like crap so I cleaned it off and left them clear.

Re: Dyno's 58 GMC's Finished Pics
Great looking truck Dyno and you'll need 4 wheel drive with those Sawtooth Mountians out there and is the Snake river anywhere close by or is it close to everybody the way it meanders?

Re: Dyno's 58 GMC's Finished Pics
Truly a great job, kudos!
Can you please tell me what color red that is? Are the pictures a fairly accurate representation of what it looks like in person?

Re: Dyno's 58 GMC's Finished Pics
Thanks Dan! The color is Ford "Race Red" code PQ, found on newer F150's and Mustangs. I did up the contrast in some of the pics, but it looks just as good in person. I looked at all the bright reds when deciding, Dodge and Corvette have some nice reds but I think the Ford may be the brightest.
